Terms & Conditions
AIRCOMPAIR, LLC These terms and conditions constitute an operating agreement between the charter operator, hereby called the operator, and Aircompair, LLC, an Illinois Limited Liability Company, hereby called Aircompair. This agreement shall be in force when operator approval is granted by Aircompair for the inclusion of the operator’s company and aircraft information on Aircompair’s website, www.aircompair.com, and shall continue until canceled by either party. The operator shall supply basic company and aircraft information, which will be displayed to customers searching for air charter services on www.aircompair.com, provided the operator’s aircraft meet the requirements of the customer’s itinerary (for example, distance around a departure airport, or certain aircraft type.) The operator shall include pricing information for each aircraft entered, and specify the discount percentage to reflect the standard broker discount. Pricing information is required so a customer’s search results will display the total charter estimate for the planned itinerary. The specified discount will only apply to aircraft charges. Other charges, such as crew or fuel surcharges will not be subject to the discount. All information entered by the operator is controlled by, and may be changed at any time, directly by the operator. Aside from requiring the standard broker discount, Aircompair will never dictate minimum or maximum pricing to the operator. Aircraft information shall include a basic description of the aircraft, such as type, tail number (to be used to differentiate one aircraft from another), passenger capacity, speed, range, etc. Also included in each aircraft’s data will be a text description of the features of the aircraft and optional pictures of the aircraft that may be uploaded into www.aircompair.com/charter by the operator. Aircraft pricing will include, at a minimum: hourly price, minimum hours per day, minimum segment time, bias minutes per segment, and discount percentage. When the customer’s itinerary requirements match the available aircraft, the listing of all charter operators and those aircraft meeting these requirements will be displayed, broken down by aircraft category. The customer may then view specific options within each category, sorted by least expensive charter estimate to the most expensive. The customer may then choose one specific option and request a charter reservation. Aircompair will facilitate this reservation request with the selected operator. Notification will be sent via email to the operator of a pending charter with a link to Aircompair’s website at www.aircompair.com/charter. The operator will have 60 minutes to log-in and review the details of the pending charter, including a breakdown of the itinerary and pricing estimate. If the operator does not accept the pending charter within the required time period, the pending charter will be automatically rejected. If the operator agrees to the terms of the pending charter, the operator will be immediately provided with the customer contact information. The operator is under no obligation to accept the charter, but may be asked to supply a reason if the pending charter is rejected. The charter operator is responsible for promptly contacting the customer and making final arrangements of the pending charter. Payment of the charter shall be arranged directly between the customer and the operator. Aircompair assumes no responsibility, either actual or implied, for the conduct of the charter, including payment by the customer. No fees will be assessed to the operator for adding aircraft or company information. By adding company and aircraft information into www.aircompair.com/charter, and clicking on the acknowledgement box provided, the operator acknowledges reviewing and accepting these terms and conditions of this agreement. |
